Taylor's Career Services Centre plays an integral role in supporting the University’s mission to produce graduates with strong employability skills, who are career-ready, and highly sought-after by the Industry.
Towards this end, Career Services organizes numerous events and provides various services to help students enhance their own employability, using a three-pronged approach: by firstly helping them to discover their career interests and strengths; secondly, preparing them with the right tools and know-how, and finally, connecting them to their employers of choice.
From awareness to preparation, from exploration to experience, Taylor’s students make the smooth transition from classroom to the professional boardroom.
Once students have completed the empowerment workshops, it is time for them to put what they have learned into practice and apply their knowledge through Structured Internships. Internship provides students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the industry, explore their career options, gain insights into the working world, as well as to discover their personal and professional strengths. About 3,000 Taylor’s students interns every year, and over 400 interned around the world in over 42 countries.

Taylor’s industry-relevant curricula, as well as smart partnerships with the industry's best, have resulted in 97% of our graduates being employed within six months of graduation (Taylor’s Graduate Employability Study 2012).
