The 5-day workshop provided a platform to address current issues in architecture and the built environment, as well as refine various architecture skills in different scenarios.

This year, the workshop was organised by Universiti Sains Malaysia, in collaboration with Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM)-Education Liaison Committee and held in Penang. The theme ‘Matra’ originates from the ancient Sansktrit word, meaning ‘dimension’.
